In an interview with Global News, Community Living BC CEO Ross Chilton responded to criticism against his organization including the recent death of a client. Chilton says the organization takes every death seriously and must work to regain the public's trust.

This is a class action on behalf of people with disabilities who, for years, were denied or underpaid benefits under the provincial ESIA/Disability Support system.
